Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, damage, odors, or other use will not be accepted.
Please note that sale items, pre-order items, personalized pieces, custom pieces, and hand-painted pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return.

No. Because personalized, custom, and hand-painted pieces are created specifically for you, all personalized, custom, and hand-painted pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes custom artwork, personalization, initials, and other made-to-order modifications.
Part of what makes these pieces special is that no two are exactly alike. Slight variations in hand-painted and handmade details are part of the character of the piece and are not considered defects.
